I have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN OR RNLD) to work in a well-established nursing home in Crewkerne, Somerset.

You will be providing specialist care to elderly service users in assisted living providing the independence many of our resident's desire, through to specialist dementia care for those in most need of our support.

Day to day duties include;
-You will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents.
-You will look to provide a safe and supportive environment for residents with range of physical and mental needs, whilst also using your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.
-You can expect to develop care plans, practise and ensure the safe administration of medications
-Leading the shifts, inspiring a team of dedicated Health Care Assistants and Care Assistants.

Candidate Requirements;
-You will need to have a current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up to date clinical practices.
-Whilst experience is desirable, it is not essential for this role. If you are a newly qualified nurse, then this could be the role for you!

Salary;
- £17.87 p/h or £36,397 per annum (based on a 39.75 hour week)

This is for a full time position with varying shift patterns. Being able to work alternate weekends is mandatory.
