Job Description

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse Team Leader (RNLD or RMN) in a registered care home in Bristol supporting individuals with multiple Learning Disabilities.

You will work with managers closely and have a real say in how the service is ran.
You will run shifts, manage support workers and support the needs of the people that you will be supporting. You will work with others to maintain and develop the safest way of working and how to achieve the greatest possible outcomes.

You will have a nursing qualification with a current NMC registration, RNLD, RMN or ENLD, and will have had experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities.

Salary : £31,425 - £32,350 per annum (£15.60 p/h - £16.06 p/h)

The shifts will include one sleep in per week and NO waking nights. There will be a mixture of early and late shifts.
