** To manage and lead a stand-alone family lead nursing home on the outskirts of Kettering **

BS Social Care are recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse Manager who is a qualified and holds an NMC pin with at least 1 years` experience in managing a care home. This is within a small nursing home in the Kettering area due to the retirement of their long-standing Manager paying £38,000 - £42,000 working 40hrs per week and shifts agreed on interview. About the employer; this employer is a family ran company with a brilliant reputation due to their approach to looking after their residents has meant that over the years an envious reputation has been built up in the local care community and the homely, fun atmosphere they create not only for the residents but their relatives that visit. They have been running and well established for 20 years and they are set across 2 acres of beautiful grounds. The home care for complex nursing, trachea, strokes, cancer and dementia service users.

About the ideal candidate; for this role, we are looking for a candidate who is NMC registered and holds at least 1 yrs experience of running a small nursing home. You will need to be will be a driver and ideally local due to on call shifts which will be discussed on interview. Due to this home gaining a `requires improvement` CQC status in their most recent inspection, we are looking for a committed and loyal candidate who will work hard with the current team to get back to where they belong. The team includes; Support Workers, Senior Carers, Staff Nurse, waking night team, office team, chefs, and owners. We are looking for a confident leader who believes they have the ability and decision-making skills in certain situations to be resilient, nice but stern when needed. You will have basic computer skills, be able to deliver training and will become a link nurse which included attending meeting around certain care needs.

For this permanent and full-time role, we will be offering £38,000 - £42,000. Shift patterns shall be discussed during interview and agreed with both the Owners and the candidate. You will receive a full induction, training where needed and wanted, uniforms, annual leave and more.
