I am working in partnership with a consistently good CQC rated organisation to recruit for their next Registered Regional Manager to cover the West Midlands region.
Your new company specialises in the delivery of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, a mental health diagnosis, Acquired Brain Injuries and complex needs and behaviours.
You will become an important member of the senior management team. You will be responsible for driving growth and performance within the region, whilst maintaining their already excellent reputation and care standards.
As the registered regional manager, you will play a key role in the development of new services, fostering and maintaining a network positive relationships with key stakeholders, as well as increasing this portfolio.
Budget management, staff recruitment, training and mentoring, quality and compliance and delivering against agreed KPIs will form part of registered regional manager role.
An excellent understanding of CQC policies and procedures, as well as the Transforming Care Act are essential to be successful in this role.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
* Have worked within and have an excellent understanding of the supported living, learning disabilities, ABI and nursing sectors in a registered or multi-site management capacity
* Have an NMC pin and hold a relevant care management qualification or equivalent.
* Hold a full UK driving licence, have access to your own vehicle and have flexibility to cover a specific geographical area
