BS Social Care are currently working with a small care company who are opening their first ever children homes. Therefore, an experienced and qualified Registered Residential Children's Home Manager is needed to not only manage the home and staff team, but to be apart of a journey to bring the home to standard for Ofsted and the children who will be living in the home. This is a full time and permanent role with freedom to do what you see fit for the organisation, the home, the staff, the children and your own role.
About the employer; this employer is a small independent employer with a supported living service for adults currently running.
About the ideal candidate; this role requires a candidate with a managerial qualification relevant to the role alongside more than 2 years of Home Manager experience or 3 years in a Deputy Home Manager role both within a Ofsted home working with EBD.
Salary; this is a full time and permanent role which is diary dependant. You will work Monday - Friday with some flexibility as and when paying up to £41,000 alongside other benefits which will be discussed during interview.
