Job Title: Registered Supported Living Manager
Location: Warwickshire (Coventry, Bedworth, Nuneaton - multi-site)
Salary: Circa £33000 plus AMAZING benefits
Hours: Full time with on call requirement
On behalf of a well-respected, person centred charitable provider, who operates nationally, I am seeking a skilled and experienced REGISTERED SUPPORTED LIVING MANAGER to oversee the successful day to day running of their Warwickshire based supported living services.
If successful, you will become an important part of an organisation who has an excellent reputation with CQC and who continue to support vulnerable adults to live independent and dignified lives, which promote choice and independence.
Employed on a full-time basis, you will hold registration with CQC and be responsible for the management of supported living services across the Warwickshire region.
You will work closely with an established team, consisting of team leaders/seniors and support staff. Your new services are responsible for supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex behaviours and deliver 2:1 support.
Key Responsibilities and duties will include:
" Multi-site management - you will be required to work across all locations
" Staff recruitment, retention, and training
" Positive Behaviour Support
" Care and Support planning
" Internal auditing
" Promotion of choice, dignity, and independence
" Service growth, redevelopment and improvement as required
" Budget and finance management
Skills & Experience requirements:
To be successful in the Registered Supported Living Manager role, you must:
" Have previously held registration with CQC as a manager for learning disabilities services
" Demonstrate knowledge and experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviour
" Hold the QCF level 5 or be working towards this
" Have extensive knowledge and understanding of the Transforming Care Model and be able to demonstrate how you have used this to significantly improve the lives of the people in your care
" Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
" Be fully flexible to work across all services and share the on call
