An exciting opportunity has become available for a relief manager to join a leading provider of care and support for adults with learning and physical disabilities.
You will be responsible for overseeing residential settings within the West Midlands region.
You will work alongside existing registered managers to deliver on person centred care and support and service delivery, including increasing CQC performance as required.
As this is a relief post, you could be asked to work within services for an extended period of time to cover instances such as sickness, holidays and maternity leave.
This opportunity would suit a skilled manager who wants a role that offers them the opportunity to demonstrate their excellent managerial skills, but also offers variation in terms of the services they will be responsible for.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
* Have proven experience as a successful manager of a residential care setting for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities or dual diagnosis.
* Hold a relevant care management qualification
* Possess excellent CQC knowledge
* Have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, due to the element of travel required
