Resettlement Worker / Project Worker

Bristol - £22'800 (£11ph)

The Role:

You will be supporting young women with young children or are pregnant, to find more permanent, stable accommodation. These young women have come from troubled backgrounds and homelessness, they could be sofa surfing at friends, short term renting or their current accommodation not fit for purpose. You will need to be able to get around Bristol with ease to visit these young women so drivers definitely have an advantage, however if you have the right means and attitude its not a deal breaker for non drivers. Its a full time position Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Looking for experienced tenancy support workers or housing officer.

To work with us, you will need:

" Drivers preferred but not essential if you can get around Bristol by other means.
" 6 months paid, hands-on housing officer or tenancy support experience.
" To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users
" Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
" Desirable: DBS on the update service
