*** Senior Residential Children Support Worker ****
** Nottingham, Nottinghamshire **
* 5 bedded childrens home catering for children from age 8yrs with challenging behaviour and EBD *
** Requirements for the role; minimum of 6 month experience in a children home **
** £20,000 - £21,256 plus a £60 sleep in rate **
** Hours of work; 2 days on and 4 days off *

My client is one of the leading children service providers in the East Midlands and are looking for people to join their family. A full time and permanent Senior Residential Child Care Worker is needed to join their team.

As a Senior Residential Children`s Support Work, your duties will include:

- Day to day running of the home
- Regularly and effectively, developing and maintaining a good relationship with MDTs
- Good understanding of children and young people`s developmental issues
- Supporting business, clinical and social development of the services
- Qualifications relevant to the role are desirable but not essential
- Must be a driver

About the ideal candidate will have the following;

- Qualifications relevant to the role are desirable but not essential
- Must be a driver (you do not need access to own car, a license is needed to drive the pull cars)

For this permanent and full time role working a shift rota pattern of 2 days, 4 days off (which can be explained in more detail during interview) we are offering a salary of £20,000 - £21,256 plus a sleep in rate of £60.
