BS Social Care are currently recruiting for experienced Residential Children Care Worker in areas of Coalville & Long Eaton This client provides quality residential care to children. They will ensure that the physical, emotional, religious, educational and psychological needs of children are met and facilitate children's access to appropriate life opportunities that promote the growth of the individual.

The post holder will be required to undertake duties in accordance with the Children's Homes Regulations including the quality standards and the homes policies and procedures.
The home operates over 10 days a Month, 24 hours shift a day, therefore it is a requirement of the post that you undertake sleeping in duties and take part in a duty rota. You will receive payment for sleeping in duties.

You will be required to hold a full Level 3 Diploma Residential Child Care or willing to work towards the recent equivalent. Or have previous experience working with children and young people or care work experience.
