Working for a provider of a residential Childcare, a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to work in a new purpose built children home in Preston area.
The Role will be to provide day to day management of Solo bedded EBD Home, adhering to the company policy & Procedures and OFSTED regulations, staff recruitment and ensuring the general day to day smooth running of the home.
You will be able to make a real impact and work towards the company mission and values. Your ability to make a difference and proven track record of managing a residential children home will be key!
Ideally you will have between 3-5 years experience of managing a residential children home, Hold Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and management and have a real passion and commitment to the role, but will consider Deputy Manager looking for that next progression! You will have a flexible approach to working, be committed and hold a full UK driving licence.
