An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Support Worker to join a Crisis Intervention service for young people across Carlise and Penrith.

As the Residential Support Worker, you will motivate and inspire the Young People, providing the best person centred care for the Young People. Your other duties would include working 1-1 and 2-1with the young people, report writing, observations, supporting with care plans, engaging the Young People on weekly activities and managing challenging behaviours.

The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent, a full UK Driving Licence and hold relevant experience.

This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £25,000 inclusive of sleeps. In return for your hard work there is opportunity for progression within the company, holiday entitlement, pension schemes and assured health care plans.
