SALARY: £17,600

BS Social Care specialise in the permanent recruitment of Health & Social Care professionals. We are currently working with a specialist Care provider; assisting them in their recruitment of an experienced Residential Support Worker for their service that supports young people with emotional and behavioural disorders.

Our client has an excellent reputation in this sector and have proven time and time again their genuine commitment to make a difference in young lives. They attempt to ensure that each and every young person is placed in an environment that suits their individual needs. We are looking for someone who can carry on this attitude.

As a children`s support worker, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive respite or longer term care for the young people placed at the home including physical, social, and emotional care.

We are looking for people who can effectively engage with the young people they support as well as someone with the proven ability to develop productive working relationships between fellow workers.

We are interested in hearing from applicants with at least 1 years experience supporting children and young adults, ideally within a residential setting, and possess NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care.
