We have a brand new temporary waking night opportunity, supporting individuals with emotional behavioural difficulties, if this sounds like the role for you then look no further!

The role of the residential support worker is to support individuals with high level of emotional behavioural difficulties. You will be supporting with domestic duties, cleaning and engaging with the young people. However at the moment they are only needing waking nights therefore your duties will include, maintaining the health and safety of the service users, ensuring they are settled and not leaving the property. This role is on a temporary basis working for a well established organisation, the night shifts start at 10pm.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who enjoys a challenge and can be professional when dealing with difficult situations. You need to be reliable and extremely trustworthy. If you have a DBS on the update service we would love to hear from you!

You need to have a minimum of 1 years paid work experience within the social care sector or 6 months with a relevant social care qualificaiton.
