What working on temporary, ongoing bookings with me can offer is the ability to build a relationship on communication and trust so that we work together to get you bookings and work that suits your availability and needs.

I am working with a really lovely service in Wellingborough that is really looking for someone to take every shift with both hands and own it. Being a small service you can build really lovely relationships with the young people there, but continuity is key and they wants people that are happy to keep going back when they`re needed.

You`ll also be able to broaden your experience, working at different services and types of roles. You`ll be employed by us so you will accrue holiday pay and you`ll be paid on a weekly basis.

I`m keen to hear about your experience with young people, have you worked in residential before? Do you have a Level 3 working with children, or an equivalent? You might have a degree in Social Care, or perhaps another degree relevant to working with children?

If you have a current DBS registered online, that`s amazing. If you don`t, not to worry, I`d be more than happy to talk you through how you can obtain one.
