An exciting opportunity has arisen for Residential Support Worker to support Children and Young People with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs.

You will be joining a well established organisation that provides specialist support to children and young people to reach their full potential.

As Residential Support Worker you will provide support to the children within the residential home on a day to day basis, you will support with their behavioural and social development and encourage a safe and nurturing environment. You will attend contact meetings with family and encourage the children to attend local club within the community.

We are looking for committed and passionate individuals that would like to make a positive difference to vulnerable children's lives.

Ideally you will have experience supporting children and young people within a similar setting. You must hold a Full UK Driving License with access to your own car.

This is a full time permanent position with a salary of £18,034-£20,600 plus excellent benefits and development opportunities.
