RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER - WIRRAL/CHESTER - TEMP TO PERM

BS Social Care are currently recruiting for one of our top clients, who specialises in providing the best support to vulnerable Adults suffering from Learning disabilities and Mental Health problems.

We have two roles on offer, the first being a full time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, and the second being a part time position consisting of 16 hours per week.

These amazing opportunities give you the chance to widen your social care experience in a new exciting setting, gaining new skills and information. Working on a temp - perm basis is a great offer that allows you the chance to test out the role, see if its for you and get to know the service before starting permanently.

This unique role involves supporting 3 service users that are fully capable. The duties for the shift would be to handle and give out medication, recording documentation and assist with general daily duties. There also can be lone working. Please note this service also has a dog, so if you have any allergies you may want to consider this!

Our client is looking for experienced support workers with a real genuine passion for their job. We want someone who is in it for the right reasons.

We are ideally looking for drives preferred, however not necessary. Additionally a NVQ is also preferred, however again not necessary. If you have a DBS on the update service this is also a big help.

Please note we need at least 6 months paid experience within the last year or a years paid experience within the last 2 years to be eligible for this role.

The pay rates for this role consist of the following:
£8.65 P/H on probation
£8.75 P/H after probation (if no NVQ)
£8.85 after probation (if has NVQ level 2 health and social care)
