A reputable and popular care provider in the Swansea area requires Support Workers to assist in Supported Living services in and around the Swansea area. If you are successful in your application then you will have the opportunity to work with this care provider in a number of different supported living settings.

Your role will be to assist the clients in the their day to day needs, to promote independence and to empower them. You will assist with cooking, organising activities, attending appointments and generally offering support and guidance.

As a successful candidate, you will be open to learning and a great team player. You will have a kind, calm and patient manner and you will take pleasure in helping people and making people smile.

We have a variety of shifts available including waking night shifts, sleep ins, day shifts, week day and weekend shifts. This role is flexible and provides a great work life balance which works around your other commitments.

We offer a competitive rate of pay, holiday pay and National Insurance contributions. Successful candidates will also have a dedicated team of consultants who will be on call to help you with any needs you might have!
