Here at BS Social Care we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Worker in Barry!

A residential home in Barry is looking for fantastic candidates to help assist their team! Your role will be to support and care for, adults with learning disabilities within a residential setting. You will encourage the clients to live as independently as possible, helping them to cook, clean and in some instances take the clients out in to the community. You will be positive and enthusiastic about helping people. You will also be a strong communicator and a great team player! You will love putting a smile on people's faces and you will be patient and caring.

Due to the nature of this service, applicants must have some form of restrain training. Being a driver is desirable but not essential.

In return you will receive a competitive rate of pay with additional holiday pay and pension contributions. You will be in control of your own rota and therefore this role is great for anyone that has a busy home life and other commitments!

There are number of different shifts available to suit everybody including days shifts, waking nights, weekends and sleep ins.
