Job Description

B.S Social Care are currently recruiting for experienced Children Residential Support Workers to work Day and Night shifts within various residential childrens home based in Camden and Haringey Areas.

The private organisations purpose is to make a real lasting difference for everyone they support. They provide a range of specialist support for young people aged 11 - 18 years with Learning Disabilities , Emotional Behavioural Disorder, and high complex needs.

The young people you will be supporting have Challenging Behaviour and Autism, they are independent but will need support when required which could be attending appointments, trying to help them back into the community, helping with school work, and assisting with any other outdoor activities. You will need to be confident with report writing and carrying out handovers to other members of staff.



The right candidate must have a person-centred approach and must always be engaging with the clients .Therapeutic methods and administering medication would also be a huge plus.



To register with BS Social Care you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience working with Children and be able to supply 5 years referencing. An enhanced DBS will need to be completed which is a cost of £50 or if you have one on the update service then this can be accepted.
