BS Social Care are currently working on a very exciting new opportunity for an experienced Children`s Residential Support Worker. My client is looking for RSWs to join their already established team in Kidderminister.

For over 10 years my client as provided residential child care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural problems. They have a strong reputation and pride themselves on quality and high standards of care.

To be successful within this role you must be enthusiastic about supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, with a professional manner and calm nature. You must also be a proactive, fast thinker and enjoy seeing young people achieve their full potential under your care.

You must be;

- Must be 22 years old at least
- NVQ 3 Health & Social Care Children and Young People
- Must be able to work a varied shift pattern including nights, sleeps and weekends

This fantastic opportunity offers a generous starting salary of £16,575. Plus £57.60 per sleep which will bump up your salary.
