Looking For Children Residential Support Workers For Childrens Homes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Organisation provides excellent residential care & education for children and young people.
They view residential care not as a last resort, but as a valuable option in its own right for some young people who have had painful experiences of family life.



You must be able to provide stable, effective support for young people, including those with very challenging behaviour - providing them with a safe, caring community in which they can thrive and learn to build positive relationships

You will be required to work on a rota with various shift patterns including waking nights and Sleep ins. The shifts are solely based on the clients daily requirements so you need to be flexible reliable.

The clients are children in care with physical or learning disabilities, mental health problems, addiction issues or other emotional or social needs.


To register with BS Social Care you will need a minimum of 2 years` experience working with Children and be able to supply 5 years referencing. An enhanced DBS will need to be completed which is a cost of £50 or if you have one on the update service then this can be accepted.
