Job Description

We are working with a children's home who are looking for residential support workers based in Bridgwater.

You will be working in a residential home supporting 3 children and young people up to the age of 18 who have complex needs. Working closely with children and young people who live there by being nurturing, listening and encouraging; ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support whilst supporting them to access education. It is essential that you are a patient, kind, resilient individual who is passionate about empowering young people to achieve their full potential

This is a full time position, working 2 days on and 4 off and these would also include sleep-ins. The ideal candidate would hold a level 3 diploma in CYP, however this is not essential.

Due to the nature of the role, you must be a driver and over the age of 21 to apply.
