* £20334 (OTE £26417) - hourly rate £10.48 *



We are looking to employ Children's Residential Support Workers to work in a 3-bed children's home based in Bridgwater, working with children aged up to the age of 18 who have complex needs. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll be based within the home to support children and young people, providing stability, guidance and structure in a therapeutic environment. Working closely with children and young people who live there by being nurturing, listening and encouraging; ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support whilst supporting them to access education. It is essential that you are a patient, kind, resilient individual who is passionate about empowering young people to achieve their full potential.

You will be required to work in the evenings, night time, weekends and on public holidays. At times, you will be expected to work additional hours to meet business needs. Working 2 days on and 4 days off including sleep ins (162 hours a month)

Ideally you would have a level 3 diploma in CYP, however this is not essential. Experience working within a similar setting is advantageous.

This position is only available to those over the age of 21 who are drivers.
