Residential Support Worker/ Care Assistant

Up to £10.50 p/h + holiday pay + pension contribution + benefits

Due to an increase in exciting opportunities to work with leading care providers in South Wales, BS Social Care are recruiting for experienced Support Workers to help fantastic teams of staff provide support and care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Here as BS Social Care we work around your commitments and your flexibility to get you the work you want!

You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings with various service users including, adults learning disabilities, autism, mental health, elderly, children and young people, homelessness, hostels, substance misuse and more…

A DBS on the update service is a great advantage but not a requirement.

To work with us, you will need:

  • 6 months paid, hands-on experience or recently undertaken training
  • To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users
  • Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Desirable: DBS on the update service
