Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join a small residential home as a support worker on a full-time basis. You will be working with children and young people, providing support and guidance for the individuals in your care and encouraging to make positive choices along with promoting a healthy social life.
About you

• You will have experience in supported living setting or in a similarly challenging role
• You will hold a full UK driver's licence
• You will have a QCF in health and social care, children and young people or equivalent (this is preferred but not essential)
• You will have a flexible approach to working and be able to work on an enrolling rota.
