An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Support Worker to join a residential home for Children and Young People with complex needs including EBD, Autism, ADHD and Learning Difficulties.

Joining an organisation that provides child centred and high quality to support to Children and Young People across the North West.

Your duties will include supporting Children and Young People ages 8-18 years old, at this service they have a residential home for 5 CYP and a semi independent service for 2 YP. They have a school on site which support 12 CYP. Duties will include assisting with activities, encouraging animal therapy, encouraging behavioural development and teaching basic life skills including washing, employment and shopping.

We are looking for a resilient and motivated individual with the passion to support Children and Young People.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 years experience working in a Residential home for Children and Young People. It is essential to hold a Full UK Driving License for this role.

This is a full time position with a starting salary of £17,100-£19,000 dependant on experience and skills.
