We are recruiting for children Residential Support Workers in the Leeds, West Yorkshire Area

Are you an understanding and motivating role model to support our young people ?
Working in a 3 bed children home 13-18 years old with challenging behaviour's can be demanding but with a creative and caring approach, our staff are able to build good relationships with our young people and support them to achieve their potential whilst exploring new opportunities and interest's.

You are going to be the support system of the young people of the home positive influence, approachable

The ideal candidate would have health and social care level 2, has a passion for working with children, works well in a team and be able to maintain positive relationships. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

We are a diverse and support individual includes autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional and mental health difficulties and supporting vulnerable children.
