SURREY/ SUSSEX BORDER - JOB TYPE: FULL TIME 40 hours/week
Starting salary: £21,500, rising to £22,500 after 6 month`s probation.

Are you seeking a career as a Residential Support Worker? Do you have a NVQ Level 3 in child care? If so then I have the perfect career prospect for you. An amazing opportunity has arisen for a RSW to work in and around the Surrey and Sussex area.

My client prides it`s self on providing a welcoming and stimulating environment to the children in their care. They have four registered Children`s Homes within the Surrey and Sussex Borders. Each home is set in a rural location and offers a comfortable homely environment for young males aged 13-18 years.

This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding service for the young people and encouraging them to achieve to their highest potential. You will provide a safe environment for them to build positive relationships and empower them to face issues from their past and look towards the future.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, qualifications and experience:
-NVQ Level 3 Childcare.
- Minimum 1 years Childcare experience

- Committed to your own career development.

-Good knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding.
-Good communication skills both written and verbal.
