Type of Service: Children`s home

Location: Bridgend

Salary: £18,137.60 (unqualified) to £21,576.80 (with an additional £3,300 a year with Sleep-ins)

A fantastic opportunity has become available within an expanding company that have positions in their Children's home in Bridgend.

As a Support worker, you will act as a role model, leading and motivating the staff team and supporting the other staff and manager to deliver the highest standards of care for the children and young people at all times.

You will work on rota basis including days, waking nights and sleep-ins. If you have experience working in a Children's EBD setting and looking for a new challenge with great progression, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
