Our Global IT client is currently looking for a Sales Excellence Lead on a contract basis. This exciting opportunity will enable you to drive sales and consumption growth through account or business planning. You will advise segment leads and partners or collaborate with peers to develop strategies, territory planning, quota setting etc. You'll ensure quality of delivery providing business insights and identifying opportunities. Coaching and driving for growth and transformation.
To be successful you will have experience of sales operations/management, business development, consulting or equivalent related experience. You will be confident using data to drive business outcomes and inform business decisions, along with managing relationships.
This role will be hybrid based in Reading/from home. Working through until the end of their current financial year of 30th June 2022, there is a maximum 18 month contract length. Paying up to £97,400pa based on experience, with a 5% bonus potential and benefits. (Paid annual leave, bank holidays, paid sick, pension and notice period)
