An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to appoint two new team members for our Leicester office.

This role is a new start up, you will be part of something that is new, fresh and totally on the radar. As a team we have the opportunity to go big or go home.

Working for a recruitment agency can be the most rewarding role but it has it's challenges, we need you to be resilient, focused and prepared to work hard until it all pays off.

The role is all about sales, selling to clients and selling to candidates. We must convince clients to use our services to find them the dream candidate. How would you convince a client to use our recruitment services.

You will need to be confident both on the phone and face to face, I'm looking for a self starter so unless you are able to have business conversations with clients then this may not be the role for you.

We work to targets which include call targets, client visits, conversions, candidate registrations and clearances...all will become clear when we meet.
