Job Description

I am working on behalf of a national specialist provider to recruit for a scheme manager to join a state of the art recovery service for adults with a mental health diagnosis in Staffordshire.

You will become a key part of this well respected and rapidly growing organisation. You will inspire hope and belief in the recovery of the people you support.

As scheme manager you will oversee the development and ongoing delivery of an 'enhanced Community recovery' support service. The service will provide high quality, personalised care and support to individuals with mental health needs returning to and living in the community, typically following inpatient treatment.

To ensure that the service provided supports service users to:
* Develop their self-esteem, confidence and skills base.
* Enjoy life with the confidence to take positive risks based on their experience and understanding of their mental health needs and ensuring that their rights and entitlements are respected at all times.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within mental health services and be innovative and creative in their approach.

You will hold the level 3 in health and social care as a minimum and ideally have a relevant mental health qualification. Up to date knowledge of effective models of intervention and recovery are also essential.

As with all care roles, flexibility to share the on call rota is essential. Due to the location of this service, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.

You will receive a generous salary up to £28,000 dependent on your relevant skills and experience, a generous annual leave allowance and continued training and development will form part of your benefits package.
