I am currently working with an award-winning learning disabilities provider. They are based in the West Midlands with services all around the Birmingham and Black Country areas. They are now looking to expand their team at one of their supported living sites in Wolverhampton.

The service is looking for a new Scheme Manager of a 9-bed supported living site for Adults with Learning disabilities.

Your role will be key in maintaining the GOOD CQC and working with your team to push it forward to an OUTSTANDING. You will maintain the high standards of personalised care for individual service users within their home. You will be responsible for all audits, health and safety and fire. You will monitor staff performance undertake regular supervisions and offer them training and support with their roles. You will be responsible for family liaison and ensure that both family members and service users are happy with the care and support that is being provided. You will also be responsible for staff cover and rotas.

This role will consist of 12 hours shifts on a rota basis that equal to 37.5 hours per week.

This role is ideal for those that are looking for their first role into management. You may be a senior or a team leader. You must hold your NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have a background in learning disabilities ideally.

For your hard work and commitment, you will be paid £29,000 per year, have the opportunity to complete your level 5 in Leadership and Management and have a fantastic pension and holiday allowance.
