Our Client based in Brampton is seeking a Secretary to join their team on a temporary basis.
Working Hours will a minimum on 18 to 37 hours per week between the hours of 8:30 - 18:00. This will be Monday to Friday... you still have those weekend to recharge! The pay rate for this role will be £10.27
There is an opportunity to work from home however you will be required to go into the office for the first couple of weeks for the induction and to get into the swing of the ways of the company. Although as an administrator there may be time where you will need to attend the office as there may be requirements to note take in face-to-face meetings.
Some of the day-to-day tasks for this role will entail:
- Making inbound and outbound calls
- General administration
- Managing email inbox's as well as calendars
- Note taking
- Diary management/ creating Diary appointments
- Data entry
- Telephone work using MS Teams
The ideal candidate for this role will be IT confidante and have good knowledge and must be competent with Office 365. This candidate will also need exceptional organisational skills and must be able to note take with speed and accuracy.
