We've got a great opportunity for a full-time, temporary role within the Fareham area, to join a fast-paced office, working as part of the admin team.

" Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
" 37hours per week
" Start Date: ASAP
" Location - Fareham Police Station
" Temporary Contract - 8 weeks
" Pay Rate: £10.21ph
The MAPPA Administrator role is about working closely with the MAPPA Co-ordinator to ensure that Multi Agency meetings run smoothly. They will ensure that attendees are invited in a timely manner, update logs to show who attended, complete an action log, and ensure that minutes are taken and returned to attendees. It will require computer skills on outlook, excel, word, TEAM's. The individual must be confident and be able to let the meeting know if they are not keeping up with the minutes or need something repeated. It's imperative that these case meetings are minuted accurately, as they are working with the most difficult, vulnerable, and dangerous people we work with.
