Senior Area Manager
Midlands/South Regions
Contract - 6 months Full Time
£26 per hour

An exciting contract role has just become available due to continued growth within an established and well respected mental health charity to recruit an Area Manager to oversee their services across the South region.

You will be responsible for overseeing the management of existing services and teams to develop and support their crisis and employment services for adults with a mental health diagnosis.

Your new role as Area Manager, will focus on performance and strategic management for a variety of recovery focused services. You will be responsible for development of both services, as well as a skilled and experienced staff team.

Business growth, strategic performance and excellent networking relationships will form part of your role. You will also play a key role in maintaining and extending existing services as well as supporting with on boarding of new Area Managers.

I am seeking applications from robust, passionate and driven senior managers who can demonstrate a proven background in the health and social care sector, ideally in mental health recovery and support.

A formal care management qualification, flexibility to work across several localities and a full UK driving licence is ESSENTIAL to be considered for this exciting role.
