BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a QCQ GOOD rate elderly residential service on the Wolverhampton and Walsall boarder.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT to join their established team, on a full time contract, DAYS ROTA.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team, administering medication, rotas and shift planning, care plans and be pro active and confident within your role.

To be successful within this role you will need the following;

- Kind, caring and compassionate with a person centred focus
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- 3 years of senior experience or 5 years of elderly care experience
