Job Description

A well-established organization is recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant for their 30 bed Residential Care Home in Redland, Bristol. You will be mainly be caring for Elderly clients who have mild dementia and no challenging behaviour.

Main Job Role:
- Support them with everyday duties
- Lead the team and line manage staff
- Oversee the home in the absence of management
- Be on hands with care plans
- Help out with staff cover, rosters / rotas
- Administrate medications - you will be trained if you already aren`t
- Mainly prompting personal care but some may need full support with personal care

Qualifying candidates:
- You will need to have previous senior experience or if you haven`t, then you will need care experience will a Diploma / NVQ / QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care

Contract / Terms:
- Salary is £19,419 per annum = £10.67 - £15.67 per hour
- £10.67 per hour on Weekdays (Monday - Friday), £11.94 per hours on Saturdays and £15.67 per hour on Sundays
- Shift patterns vary from 7am - 2pm and 2pm - 9pm plus alternative weekends
- Full time (35 hours a week)
