Due to progression, I am seeking a skilled, experienced and compassionate SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT to become a key member of the care team within a beautiful residential home with nursing in Stourbridge.

You will join an organisation who values the dignity and independence of the people they support, as well as develops, empowers and supports their staff team to deliver care in a professional and person centred manner.

Your new role as SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT will involve you leading the care team, managing medication and care delivery, completing all relevant documentation and liaising effectively with visitors to the home and external agencies.

It is essential that you work within CQC guidelines and maintain an environment that is warm, homely and welcoming.

I am seeking applications from empathetic, motivated and caring individuals who can demonstrate a proven background in elderly care and who have secured the level 3 in health and social care.

In addition, applicants must also be able to evidence team/shift leading experience and due the location of the setting, must have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.

In return, you will receive a salary of £19442 per annum, access to extensive training and development, a generous annual leave allowance and other benefits.
