Job Description

A well established large national organization are recruiting for Senior Support Worker for their 5 - 7 bedded homes based in Brent Knoll, Highbridge and Burnham on Sea, Somerset. You will be working with Adults, who have Autism and can display challenging behaviour.

Main Job Role:
- Lead the team and line manage staff
- Oversee the home in the absence of management
- Be on hands with care / support plans
- Help out with staff cover
- Assistant with any incidents
- Give medication

Qualifying candidates:
- Must have strong experience as a support worker or senior experience
- You will need your own transport due to location

Contract / Terms:
- Salary is £15,358 - £21,278 per annum = £9.30 an hour
- 3 or 4 nights a week (33 - 44 hours a week contract)
- Monday to Fridays with alternative weekends
- Shifts can vary between 9pm - 8am
