Our client is looking for an experience Senior Occupational Therapist (HCPC Registered) to help the lead and grow the clinic. Our client has a lovely therapeutic clinic based in the heart of London and is looking for you to help add value and make a difference.

Our client prides themselves of providing in-depth assessments and therapy to children that experience learning and or behavioural difficulties. The aim is to offer support to the family by creating a safe environment which is supported and based on research and current evidence-based treatment approaches.

About you
Be passionate about helping young children and supporting their families.
Must have the ability to demonstrate leadership in a positive manner
Proven ability to drive innovation projects and ensure performance/quality monitoring.
Demonstrate the ability to deal with sensitive and complex staffing, clients and stakeholder interactions where they`re required to apply a high-level of emotional resilience and intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as occupational Therapist, essentially, strong background in paediatrics therapy, other clinical experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is always looking to make a positive impact and has a great can-do attitude.

• HCPC Registered (Essential)
• paediatrics experience 1-2 years
• Strong clinical knowledge
• Bachelor`s or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full drivers license (Preferred)

Salary offered £37,000 - £40,000
