Here at BS Social Care, we are working alongside an established Children Service who are recruiting for Senior Residential Care Workers in their West Yorkshire care homes.

The children service is all about helping young people throughout their life. They work with young children with emotional behaviour disorders. They offer a great environment for young people to live and grow and a fantastic place for you to work.

The role is to provide high quality child care practice, within the client`s Philosophy of Care, underpinned by a Person-Centred Values therapeutic approach, across the service. To support the Registered Home Manager to ensure that a warm, nurturing, accepting therapeutic environment is evidenced, delivered and developed in accordance with the Company's core values.

The ideal candidate, will hold a QCF Level 3 in Residential Care with Children and Young People`s workforce or equivalent. At least 2 years experience within Children and Young People`s service. Must hold a full UK Driving License.

The salary is between £23,400 - £25,608 depending on experience.
