Job Information
" Working Hours: 173 hours per month on a rolling shift pattern, plus non-contractual sleep ins
" Ability to Drive: Desirable
" Salary and Benefits: £10.00 to £10.50 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus non-contractual sleep in payments of £60.00 per sleep in
" Essential Requirements: You must have the Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent). You will have experience in a residential
" childcare setting.
" Location - Sittingbourne


The purpose of a Senior Residential Care Practitioner
" To provide a supportive, nurturing delivery of residential childcare in accordance with policies and procedures.
" To support the Registered Manager with the smooth running of the home.
" To lead by example and maintain good professional practices in accordance with the minimum standards for children's homes.
" To help create a supportive and positive environment for each young people about their safety, health and education.
" To act as a surrogate parent with professional boundaries.
