An amazing new opportunity has become available for Senior Support Workers in a Children`s Residential Home in Hereford

My client is one of the leaders in residential care and support for children. The new service is due to open within the coming weeks. This is an exciting new opportunity for you to get stuck into and work with a new team and develop the home together.

In this position you will be planning, managing and leading shifts ensuring that the children are safe and engaged throughout the day. You will be ensuring that the placement plan for each child is followed and adhered to at all times, ensuring that education is promoted and supported whilst ensuring that the children`s attendance is education is maintained

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a children`s residential setting with a level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce. You will also have a full driving license.

His amazing opportunity offers an exciting salary in the region of £23,000 to £28,000 depending upon experience. This salary is based on 40 hours worked per week.
