This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Residential support Workers to join a Residential home for Young People.
You will be working for a well-established organisation which provide specialist therapeutic environments and support to young people who have been subjected to Child Sexual Exploitation or those who present early life chronic trauma or post-traumatic stress.
As the Senior Residential Support Worker your other duties would include providing support to the Young People. You will also act as a Key Worker for the young people and this will consist of supporting them out in the community and engaging them into , making accurate daily notes and report writing, observing the trends of behaviour and promoting the independence of the young people whilst supporting your colleagues wherever needed.
The successful candidate will be passionate in providing the best person-centred care to the young people. YOU MUST HAVE; a Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent, relevant experience of supporting Young People within a Residential setting and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
This is a full-time position with sleeps involved. In return for your commitment, you will receive a competitive salary of between £21,600 - £25,320 plus sleep allowance. In addition, you will receive great specialist therapeutic training, professional development and benefits when you join.
