An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to work within a Residential service for Children and Young People with Emtional Behavioural Difficulties based in Blackpool.

As Team Leader you will have a child focused approach and provide therapeutic support to the Children and Young People that have Learning Disabilities and Autism. You will assist the Registered Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the home, assisting the Children and Young People with personal care, activities, liaise with social workers and external support services and provide a safe and nurturing environment for the Children and Young People.

I am looking for a approachable, motivated and passionate individual with the ability to work within a team and on own initiative. Flexibility is essential in this role.

You will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People workforce, have 2 years Residential experience and have experience shift leading within a Residential Service.

This is a full time position with a starting salary of £18,525-£23,800 including sleep ins plus excellent benefits and professional development.
