We have a brand new opportunity for a dedicated and committed senior support worker in the Rawtenstall area. You will be working for a highly reputable organisation on a Temp - Perm basis.

You will be supporting a young gentleman with learning disabilities on a 2 - 1 basis, engaging and encouraging the client with independent living but also supporting and offering guidance with everyday tasks and activities. You will be responsible for supervisions and as a senior lead by example and maintain a well run environment.

You will thrive on helping and supporting vulnerable people and have a calm, approachable manor and be well organised and passionate.

The successful candidate will hold 12 months relevant paid experience or 6 months experience with a social care qualification.
