Are you a passionate and committed Senior Support Worker? This could be for you!

You will be working for an excellent Wigan based company, specialising in supporting a single individual with mental health issues, autism, and complex needs as part of an excellent 3-person team.

As the Senior Support Worker, you will be expected to lead shifts, deal with professionals, engage in meetings and support with rotas as well as being part of a great team where you will be undertaking extensive care, building a great relationship and trust with the individual, providing them with support with daily tasks such as driving them around the community, ensuring the individual is safe at all times and feels comfortable. This role includes some personal care, cooking, cleaning, and bathroom care.

You will also be required to complete reports and support with team training.

The successful candidate will be a passionate team worker, energetic and positive. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and be able to stick to guidelines. You must be flexible with your working hours as weekends, evenings, and early mornings are required. You will also be able to drive with access to your own car.

This is a full-time position based on a monthly rota with a salary of £19,552.
