Title: Senior Support Worker
Salary: £9.56 p/h
Location: Bristol
Contract Type: Permanent (Full time - 36 Hours a week) + alternating weekends

About the Role
You will be working as a Senior Support Worker in a Residential Unit for Adults with Mental Health issues, Autism & Learning Difficulties.

The role requires you to be focused on prioritizing the needs of residents by helping achieve personal independence, catering to the requirements of each individual through following a carefully developed care plan.

About You
You are passionate about care and are looking for career growth in the sector. You are understanding, empathetic and caring towards Mental Health with a strong awareness of Autism and Learning difficulties in adults.

o Experience as a Senior Support Worker (2 years` ideal)
o Experience with Challenging Behaviour in Adults
o Level 3 or working towards level 3 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
o Looking to progress
